I have to do a diversity speech and I am doing it over the effective and ineffective communication skills. Can anybody think of a few for each list?

effective-
making eye contact with a person
listening carefully to what they have to say and not interrupting them
standing up straight

ineffective-
sucking your theeth
rolling your eyes
being on the phone/textingwhile soemone is talking to you
interrupting people while they are talking
