Can any one provide me with some reference online regarding effective E-mail communication.

I don't know if somebody would make a website based on this, but I have a few tips.

Always use good headers.

Cut down on unneeded material in messages

Use a mailing list (like coollist.com) to easily send mail to many people

Make sure your spam filters aren't deleting wanted emails.

Add people to your address book that you will contack frequently.

I was wrong by the way, thousands of people have actually taken the time to make websites on this.
